At Your Local Leicester Furniture, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned. Therefore, we have established a Refund and Returns Policy to ensure a hassle-free return process.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt of the product(s). The product(s) must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in this condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, name, address, and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product(s). Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item(s) received is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect it to ensure it is in the condition specified above. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund, minus any shipping or restocking fees, within 14 business days. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used to purchase the item(s).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please follow the returns process outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide us with your order number, name, address, and photos of the damaged or faulty item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the item has been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process outlined above.
Please note that this policy applies to items purchased through our website only. If you purchased an item through one of our physical stores, please contact the store directly for their Refund and Returns Policy.
